A beautiful innocent cat was stuffed inside a cardboard box and dumped outside of SCAPA..We are only a small shelter with limited space for animals in need.We have a limit on how many animals we can house at SCAPA.Anyone caught dumping animals at the shelter WITHOUT PERMISSION will be charged....We will help you in any way we can to rehome your pet but please DO NOT dump your beloved pets ...They are not disposable..
